My Days over or numbered?
15th May 2007 -- I just finished my training today. Today we practice some "Pattern" and some flying Kick.. For me Flying Side Kick is just a normal technique to me, but today I felt abit disappointed when I find myself just manage to fly across 5 chairs. I used to clear all 6 chairs without sweat, hmm.. maybe due to not enough warm up or am I really getting down hill. I guess it's time for me to get back in shape for good. So my goal now is to clear 6 chairs at easily.
